Templeport.ie Email address Terms and Conditions (Draft)
Subscribers must have a connection with the parish of Templeport.
The Templeport Development Association (hereinafter called TDA) Committee reserve the right to accept or refuse applications for email addresses without giving any reason.
The fee agreed by the TDA Committee is presently Ten Euro ( €10 or £Stg8 or $US12) per year. You may alternatively pay thirty Euro (€30 or equivalent for three years)
The committee reserves the right to alter the fee by giving one month's notice either on the TDA web site or by email (or both). Any increase in fees will apply from the next renewal date.
It is up to you to pay the renewal fee before the due date. If the renewal fee is not paid before the renewal date one email will be sent to the subscriber and if still unpaid the email address will be terminated one month later. The TDA will not accept responsibility if the notification email is not received by the subscriber.
Your templeport.ie email address may not be used for sending viruses, spy ware or other mal ware.
It may not be used to send Spam or unsolicited mails to groups of recipients.
It may not be used for any illegal purposes (e.g. to incite violence, racism, hatred, sectarianism, bullying etc.)
You will lose your templeport email address immediately and without compensation if any of these conditions are violated.
You fully and completely indemnify the TDA from any liability which may arise from your use of the templeport.ie email address
TDA shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
To protect your privacy TDA will never distribute your name and e-mail address to any third parties, unless required to do so by law.
TDA has no access to your email correspondence; but email by its nature is not secure and should not be considered as such.
Many forms of email encryption are available
but selection and use of such is your responsibility.
